  2. To run Private CD-ROM Magazine 1 Open the filemanager. 
  3. Open the CD-ROM window. Double click on the install.exe 
  4. file to start the installation.
  5. After the installation, open the CD-MAG group in the 
  6. program manager. Double click on the CD-MAG 1 icon. 
  7. Windows 95
  8. To run Private CD-ROM Magazine 1 Put in the CD-ROM 
  9. and follow the instructions on the screen.

  11. CPU minimum recommendation is PC 486 SX with 50 Mhz 
  12. Video Driver The Private CD-ROM Magazine 1 
  13. Supports 256 and 32.000 colors modes in Windows.
  14. QuickTime¬ Driver If you already  
  15. have a version of QuickTime for Windows, 
  16. the installation will ask you if you would like to 
  17. replace it with version 2.02.

  19. Private CD-ROM Magazine 1 is produced for QuickTime 2.02     
  20. and will not work properly with older versions. 
  21. Sound Be sure that you have installed a Sound Blaster 8-bit 
  22. card or a 100% compatible.

  24. CD-ROM drive Minimum requirement is double-speed (300Kbs). Memory Make sure that you have the proper amount of RAM.

  26. If you are running Windows 3.11, NT or Windows 95 you need at 
  27. least 8 MB RAM. 
  28. PC Performance optimizing Make sure that no other 
  29. applications are running. Disable any screen saver program. 
  30. If you are using any cashing program, for example Smartdrive, 
  31. exclude the CD-ROM drive from it. Set the video to 32.000 colors 
  32. for best quality.
